International Shipping

Currently, I’m only able to process domestic orders on this site, but if you’d like to place an international order please head on over to Etsy.

When will my order ship?

I try and pack up your orders as quickly as possible so you don’t have to wait, and that generally means I take orders to the post office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (excluding holidays). However, certain times of year are busier than others, and this timeframe may vary slightly. If you need your art by a specific date, please contact me prior to placing your order so we can make sure it will arrive in time. I try and get all orders out as quickly as possible, but sometimes an item may need to be made to order, so please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship. I use USPS for all domestic mail, so delivery will (hopefully) be just a few days after shipping.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you realize there’s an error in your shipping address, please email me as soon as possible with your order number to correct it, and I’ll do my best to get it changed.

I need to cancel or modify my order

Orders may be cancelled by emailing within 24 hours of placing the order. Since I try and get all orders packed and shipped out to you as quickly as possible, I’m not able to cancel orders after 24 hours. Unfortunately, I’m unable to modify existing orders, but I can cancel your order if you email within 24 hours of placing it and you can place a new one.

My art arrived damaged!

While every effort is made to package your new artwork as safely as possible, sometimes things go awry. If your art arrives damaged in any way, please send me an email within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and pictures of the artwork and its packaging. Depending on the situation, I will either refund your order or send a replacement item.

My art got lost in the mail or hasn’t arrived!

Occasionally, a parcel’s trip through the postal service is unsuccessful. Generally, you’ll receive a shipping notification email when I buy your shipping label, and then your package will be dropped off at the post office. It can take a few days to get scanned at the post office, although it generally only takes 24 hours. During particularly busy times, such as the holiday season, it’s possible that your parcel may not be scanned until delivery. If your parcel hasn’t been scanned within 4 days of the shipping notification or hasn’t arrived within 7 days of the origin scan, please email me with your order number and I’ll refund or replace your item. If you have questions or concerns sooner than that though, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Can I return this item or get a refund?

I always try and provide as much information as possible in the listings, and package your art carefully, but occasionally packages arrived damaged or just aren’t what you had in mind. Artwork may be returned up to 30 days after receipt, provided it is undamaged and in the original packaging. To start that process, please send me an email with your order number. Buyer is responsible for the cost of returns unless the item is damaged or not as described. I want you to love your art, so if you have any questions or concerns please let me know and I’ll do my best to help!

Commissions

I love working on commissions and accept a limited number each month, depending on the rest of my project load. If there’s a special place you love, a trip you’d like to remember, or a landscape you enjoy, please reach out and we can chat about a custom diorama or painting.

Wholesale
