Original Porthole Diorama
Layered paper diorama of a mermaid swimming near the entrance of an underwater city, surrounded by billowing seaweed and vibrant plants.
This original painting was created using acrylic gouache paint on individual pieces of hand-cut Legion watercolor paper, which were then assembled as layers in a thrifted frame to create a beautiful, 3 dimensional painting.
The frame is flat on the back and includes a support so it sits upright (it’s intended to sit on a shelf or desk), it is not prepared to be hung on a wall.
The frame measures approximately 6” across, and the opening is approximately 3.75.”
All rights remain with artist.
